OUR MISSION
The mission of Girls Advocacy for Justice is to empower adolescent girls in Kono, Sierra
Leone, to advocate for their rights and achieve their full potential through mentorship
and community outreach programs.

Building holistic development for vulnerable women, youths, and children across all
operating areas, regardless of tribe, religion, culture, or status. The organization
envisions a society where the human rights of women and children are respected and
protected, and where they have access to resources to develop their latent potentials in
a peaceful, violence-free environment.
MEET THE CEO AND FOUNDER
Esther Zinab Kamara Konde is the visionary Chief Executive Officer of Girls Advocacy for Justice in Kono, Sierra Leone. With a passionate commitment to empowering adolescent girls, she leads the organization in its mission to ensure that young women have the knowledge, voice, and confidence to advocate for their rights and fulfill their God-given potential.
Under her leadership, Girls Advocacy for Justice has become a driving force for mentorship and community outreach, touching the lives of vulnerable girls, women, and children. Esther envisions a society where every woman and child, regardless of tribe, religion, culture, or status, can thrive in an environment free from violence and discrimination. Her dedication is rooted in building holistic development and creating equal opportunities so that the untapped potentials of girls and young people in Sierra Leone can be fully realized.
